She's 2 Months Old... and Smiling!

I can't believe my baby girl is two months old already! It's nuts! She has been blessing us with her sweet baby smiles in the last week and I was lucky enough to catch a couple with the camera. Had to share one of these with you all...

Discovery...

We checked out the Children's Museum of Discovery last Thursday and sadly were dissapointed. The one in Downtown Little Rock was a bit of a flop. Noah DID enjoy the THREE Thomas the Tank Engine tables that were set up inside though. We enjoyed the one historical area in the museum with the indian archives and also the bugs/spiders exhibit.

An Arkansas Blizzard

Noah was enthralled with the little bit of snow we got the other morning. He ran around the house from window to window yelling snow, so before we headed out to the store I let him have a bit of fun in the flurries. They were huge and gorgeous and perfect because they didn't lay on the ground! =) Just the kind we like. He was having a ball in it.

10 Pounds 9 Ounces

That's what she weighed today at my doctor's appointment! I couldn't believe it - when did that happen? Where did my little newborn go? Already she is noticing her toys on her bouncy seat bar and looking to find Mommy and Daddy's voices. She is amazing and we are loving every minute of it!

Noah is doing well with potty training (finally!) -- Yay!!! He still likes his diapers, but I think the whole underwear thing is finally getting through to him. This is a good thing. =) He is also keeping busy with Storytime at the Library on Mondays, a playdate on Tuesdays, and fun stuff with Daddy (and family) on Wednesday and Thursday since his days off have changed. He is still loving all things trains - Thomas, Thomas Legos, Geo Tracks, and the Polar Express.

Two Boys

I loved watching these boys play together. It really does bring joy to both Doug's and my heart to see them running around laughing and having a fun time. We really enjoyed the visit with Donny, Dodie, and Colin and hope they will come and stay with us again soon.
