Arrrrrrrr, Mateys!

The kids loved the Sea Drago Pirate Cruise! The last time we did it, Noah was four and Rachel was one. This year with Noah being seven and Rachel almost five, they were able to understand everything that was going on and they both joined in in all the excitement and fun of the cruise. They started out with some dancing and getting to know the local pirates. After that, they had a water gun fight and while the girls took their turns getting their faces painted, the boys swabbed the deck. Pretty soon it was time for a sword fight and some cannon firing, followed by the finding of a treasure chest. After everyone had filled their pockets with treasure, there was music, limbo and they got to do the chicken dance. At the end of the cruise the kids all got tattoos and more pirate jewelry... They were thrilled! Kate enjoyed the cruise as well, going back and forth from Doug and I, to the rest of the excitement. It was cute to watch them while we enjoyed sitting back and relaxing while they had fun. For more photos of the pirate cruise visit my facebook album. ;) Or, look back at 2007 at our first trip to the Sea Dragon and see how big our cuties have gotten since then!
