After the kids had checked out their Easter baskets we all got dressed and headed outside to see what the bunny had left out there - They scrambled around hunting eggs that were filled with cute little erasers, candies and little goodies. Doug and I enjoy watching them hunt and it's funny when they run right by some of them that they don't see right away. Kate was cute in that she would beam a huge smile every time she saw an egg, pick it up and announce to the world that she had 'found one!!!'. Rachel and Noah raced around trying to find as many as they could. Kate was distressed by the ones that were left int he flower beds and proclaimed them 'dirty' and that she couldn't retrieve those until they had been cleaned up. Funny girl. As with most egg hunts, it was over quickly and they set to checking out the eggs contents while Doug and I enjoyed our coffee.
