He's feeling better...

Noah had a much better day today. He was pretty perky this morning and wanted to run and play (and he got very upset with us when we had him take it easy). It's hard for him to understand that he still has to rest and get better. He still has pain, but he was able to eat and drink easier today. We are so gratelful that he is finally beginning to feel better and seems to be on the upside of it all. It snowed today. This morning when I had Noah look outside he said "Santa brought snow!". Noah is still really into Santa and he thinks that when ever it snows, it's Santa that brings it. (Maybe because all the Christmas specials have snow???). Anyway, I couldn't resist letting them both out in it for just a couple of minutes this afternoon. We bundled them up and turned them loose. They both loved it! Noah was so happy - I haven't seen him smile so much since before his surgery. He kept trying to catch snowflakes on his very red stained tongue from all the pedialyte. Rachel was in awe of it too and just loved running around outside. It was cute to see them have so much fun out there.
