Rachel's class got to experience The Polar Express the other day. When we arrived at her classroom (in jammies, house shoes and with her blanket) she was given a golden ticket to go on the Polar Express. We then traveled to the gym where she 'boarded' a train ( long line of chairs set up in a double line) and got to watch the movie on a giant screened tv at the front of the room. It was so cute. During the movie they had hot chocolate and cookies. She also recieved a bell to bring home along with the paper above with her ticket attached. So cute. She had so much fun! :)
