Every night we read to the kids. Every night they pick the books they want and then we snuggle up right before bedtime and read. Tonight I picked a book and Noah picked a book and then
he read to Doug and I. We were
so proud of him. He only needed help with a very few words. It was really great for him to know that he had just read his night time books to us. He has a packet of words that he has been learning to read (sight words) that his teacher put together and he knows all of them. Just today we added about ten new words to the packet for him to learn.
