1st Grade Zoo Trip With Rachel

   I had the best opportunity the other day to accompany Rachel's 1st grade class to the Knoxville Zoo for a field trip. We had a blast! I had so much fun watching Rachel and her friends explore and enjoy the zoo! We spent about 2 and a half hours with several of her friends looking at the animals. Rachel and I ended up staying for an extra hour after we signed her out and having some one on one girl time. I love the zoo and it appears that Rachel does too! It was a super day. :) After heading back to Maryville, we stopped at Chickfila for lunch and then went back to school to pick up Noah. I think we both had an exceptional day!

5-3 WIN for The Lightning!!!

 Noah's team won their game today!!!! Yay!!! I was so, SO proud of all of our boys for playing hard and having fun while they were doing it. It is so much fun to go to these games and watch our boy playing hard and loving it! He is really trying hard this year and it shows. I'm so proud of him and his teammates. It looks like it's going to be a great season! 

Celebrating 34 -

 I had a great day on my birthday! Doug took Kate and I out to lunch while the bigger kids were at school and we went to the mall where he got me 3 new charms for my Pandora bracelet. Later we all went out to dinner at Outback. It was delicious!! After dinner we all played out in the yard with the girls riding scooters and the tricycle, while Doug, Noah and I threw the football. It was a beautiful day! I'm so thankful for all the blessings in my life. I am a lucky girl.
