Happy 9th Birthday Noah!!

We celebrated Noah's 9th birthday today as a family. He started the day with his friend Riley here, who had spent the night after his party yesterday. The boys had a lot of fun together - as usual. They have been good friends for years now and I am glad they are still close. We let him pick where we went to dinner and he picked his favorite - Olive Garden. That's the place he will usually pick when given the choice. :) After dinner we headed over to Target and let him spend a couple of the gift cards he had gotten from friends. They didn't have the set of Legos he wanted, so he picked out a psp game instead. He left a happy guy. Happy Birthday Noah! It's been an incredible nine years so far. We love you!

Tomorrow He'll Be Nine....

It is so hard to believe this boy of ours is turning nine years old tomorrow. Looking at all of these pictures of our guy, it's easy to think 'Where did the time go'? It has absolutely flown by. He is so completely excited for his birthday. He is a gift and brings true joy to both of our lives. We love you so much Noah! Hope your birthday is everything you wish it to be.

My Funny Valentines

Happy Valentine's Day!!! We have had a great one here this year. The kids were super excited about their day from seeing what sweet treat they might have gotten from Doug and I to all their little Valentines at school. Lots of fun today. :) Rachel and Kate wore 'heart hair' and they all wore red/white or pink/white/red. Doug and I spent the day together and it was just a very happy day. Love, love, LOVE all four of my Valentines!!!

Abraham Lincoln

Noah's class is having oral book reports on Friday about important people in history. Noah picked Abraham Lincoln to do his report on. He has to dress the part and this is what we came up with. I love how it turned out! So cute! :) Loved that he picked Abe Lincoln. So Noah.

Fussing At Daddy-

Kate was totally cracking us up the other day. Doug had said something to me while I was in the kitchen and he was sitting in the living room. Kate apparently didn't like what he had to tell me. She responded immediately with this look and said, "Don't you be naughty to my Mom!". So, so funny.
