Casey Jones Railroad Museum

While driving back to Little Rock, the kids and I stopped in Jackson at the Casey Jones Railroad Museum. It features his home and also an engine, passenger car, caboose and a few other sites. The passenger car had an HO model train and also an O guage model display. Noah could have stayed there for hours watching the trains and checking things out. We stretched our legs and had a rest from the car and enjoyed checking out the train.

A Quartet on the Piano

Think they're making beautiful music? Ha, more like beautiful noise, but it's cute! ;) Love, love, love seeing our kids playing with their cousins.

Bubbles

The kids all enjoyed blowing bubbles at Mom's house. It is a rare, yet very happy occurance to get all of us together at once and I love to see all 6 (soon to be 7) kiddos playing together. It is definitely a housefull! =)

Return of the Jedi

The boys were cute to watch as they battled with their light sabers. We love how they like to play Star Wars. Noah is really just getting into the whole thing, while Colin is the experienced Jedi knight. Noah loves to play the Lego Star Wars game on our playstation and has just begun playing with the little Star Wars action figures. His favorite character is R2D2 and he also likes R4 and C3PO.

Driving at Grammy & Papa's house

The kids had fun driving around in this little car Papa and Grammy picked up while we were there. Noah thought he was a cool dude driving around the driveway. Rachel couldn't reach the pedals, but she liked all the bells and whistles to look at and play with.

Swimming at the Big Pool

While at Mom's we went over to the local pool to swim. The kids went nuts and had a great time! The bigger kids loved jumping into the big pool and the little ones loved exploring around the baby pool. Rachel and David even loved jumping into the big pool like their older siblings. It was a busy day though juggling six kids in a very busy pool. In these last photos it is the whole crew heading back to Mom's house.

Pool Party!

The kids and I just got back from an 11 day trip to Tennessee a couple of days ago - We sure missed Daddy while we were there, but we had a great time visiting everyone and relaxing (aside from the tummy bug we were all passing around!). The kids have so much fun playing together. In these photos they were playing in Mom's pool - just having a blast. I wish we all lived closer together so we could get together more often. Stay tuned - Lots and lots more pictures to come!!! =)

Happy 4th of July!

Hope you all had a great 4th! We spent the day with friends and enjoyed the fireworks in the evening. The kids were amazed at them and Rachel was a little timid of the loud booms.

Way to go Noah!

Noah had his T-ball team party tonight at the local pizzeria. He got to play with his friends for a bit in the game room, eat pizza and a baseball cupcake and then he recieved a special trophy from his coach along with his other teammates. He was so proud to get his trophy tonight. He was all smiles as he walked over to show it to us and even was trying to show it off before his coach had handed out the rest of the trophies. We are very proud of him too!
