These pictures make me smile. Noah had fun riding around in Braxton's Gator the other afternoon. I loved watching them drive around the yard like little men. Tooooo, toooooooo cute.

So Much Fun...

Noah, Rachel and I had a lot of fun visiting with Braxton and Ramona yesterday afternoon. The boys had an absolute blast. They played in the pool, shot water guns, rode in the Gator and did all sorts of fun things. I love watching these boys play together. Rachel seemed to have a great time too! More photos to come...

Completely Oblivious...

Bath Time!

Do all babies love water this much? My kids can't get enough water... Noah will play in the pool all day then can't wait to get into the tub at night. Rachel splashes as much as Noah does even at less than half his size. Oh, and don't mention going to the lake (or out in the boat) - we never hear the end of it when we mention that- and a nap after just talking about the lake is out of the question.

Trouble...

...that's what we're in... this child is on the move. She is trying so hard to crawl. I'm not ready for that! Somebody tell her to just slow down. Man, Noah didn't really ever crawl at all so we were kind of spoiled with how long he was stationary. She is definitely skooching along now. I guess it's time...

Doug won this time... Today was the day. He's only been trying to teach her to say "Da-Da" since she was born... Noah said "Ma-Ma" first, so I guess it's only fair... ;)

Hope you all had a very happy 4th! We enjoyed ours down on the river front at the Little Rock River Market. Noah and Rachel loved the fireworks! I was worried they wouldn't like the noise, but they both loved it. The Arkansas Symphany Orchestra played for about an hour before the fireworks began and Noah even enjoyed that. He kept telling us how 'fun' it was. I love hearing that. It was a really nice day. Photos of the fireworks are below!

Our Backyardigans

We have been enjoying the backyard this weekend. Rachel has been re-couping from pneumonia, so we've been trying to stay home and get her feeling well. She seems to be doing much better than she was. It's been hot, but really nice days here. Noah has been enjoying the baby pool, sprinklers and water guns. Fun stuff. Rachel has been enjoying her swing that Daddy hung up and sitting in her little 'Sun Safe' tent - this thing is awesome. For now, while she isn't moving around, she is quite content to sit in there safe from too much sun and unable to eat too much grass. ;) Phoebe is Phoebe - always just happy to be near us and running after her ball.
